La Nueva Esperanza, Inc. (LNE) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2006 to serve individuals in Brooklyn affected by the twin epidemics of HIV/AIDS and substance use/abuse. LNE provides comprehensive prevention, education, and food services with the utmost compassion and care. The organization is bilingual, offering services in both English and Spanish, and is committed to serving the bi-cultural community of Brooklyn. “Our goal is to help people who have been affected by unfortunate circumstances by providing them with the necessary resources to achieve stability and security. We do this through preventative programs, education, and health plans that are tailored to each individual’s needs. Our aim is to rehabilitate each person and renew their sense of self-worth, empowering them to confidently reclaim their place in society.”
